Everything is close: business centers, top-tier schools, beaches and shopping. And the Tijuana border is less than 30 minutes from several of the areas where our clients buy, which lets them keep business and family in Mexico without giving up life on this side.

Safety
San Diego consistently ranks among the ten safest large cities in the United States in Forbes indexes. For many of the families we advise, this is the factor that tips the scale above price.

Mild temperatures between 57°F and 72°F for most of the year, with more than 260 sunny days. It sounds like a travel brochure, but it's one of the reasons most often repeated when a family decides to stay.
Reason 07 · The one that matters most
Appreciation
This is the reason least mentioned and most important. San Diego's geography physically limits available land. Supply can't grow at the pace of demand, and that has sustained the appreciation of value for decades.
You're not just buying a house: you're buying an asset in a market with structurally limited supply.

- To the south the border
- To the east desert and mountains
