Quick guide

Which area for which priority

There is no single answer, but there are clear patterns. After thirty years guiding purchases, this is where most of our clients end up.

The advice we always give

Before deciding on an area, define whether you will live there full time, whether you will cross the border often and whether there are school-age children. Those three answers eliminate half the options and make the conversation far more productive.
